Creative Writing Class

Dr. Deno Trakas is the coordinator of the Creative Writing program for Wofford College. He has published fiction and poetry in magazines such as The Denver Quarterly and The Oxford American and two chapbooks, The Shuffle of Wings and Human & Puny.



James Scott

James Scott '97, a general assignment reporter for The Post and Courier in Charleston, SC, was a Nieman Fellow at Harvard University for 2006-07. The Nieman Fellowships combine twelve American journalists with twelve international journalists for a year of study at Harvard. He recently sold his book proposal to Simon & Schuster.
